Cat curl, cat dreams and ginger.

It is a day of gray sky and flat light after days of brilliant blue and cloudless and today we are told that some people are coming with cameras to walk with us. Well, we shall see about that. We are cats and we walk if we want to. In the meantime we shall sleep and wait.
Outside the birds are singing their morning song. Inside we curl. But one cat curls where a cat should not be having crept on stealthy paws up the ladder stairs and into the loft where a new bed promises wild dreams of walking with wolves.
We may walk with the cameras. And even though the sky is dark and the light is flat ginger fur will always shine the brightest.

But everywhere new is where a cat should be... for he is the cat that walks by himself and all places are alike to him. That and he looks so lovely curled up with his head upside down!

Typical of an artist to get this image perfect! That fabulous pattern next to the blocks of colour - great composition... beautiful cat!

a ginger has the right to mark out new territory, yes? as tightly curled as the ginger is, it must still be chill out!

Nothing looks quite as sweet as a sleeping cat curled into a tight ball. :)

I'm sure that Kiffer felt that the wrap on the floor demanded to contain a cat to feel fulfilled!

I see at least one is being mischievous! It seems no matter where you go, everyone agrees that the orange tabbies are the smartest and most sociable cats of all. Sweet.

I love the patten of the rug, the luxuriousness of the blanket and the yoga positions that cats get in to...this one always reminds me of a lovely, smooth river rock...
